How Perlikos works.

One loop, repeated. Everything else — the wheel, the library, the coach — is just how the loop is delivered.

The loop

  1. 1

    You write the brief

In your own words — not a template — you write down the larger version of you that you can almost see. Who they are, what they refuse, what they're optimising for. This is the one document the whole system reads before it does anything.

  2. 2

It hands you one small thing

Every day, one drill. Not a checklist, not twelve habits — one, picked for you from your priorities and where you actually are. Sized so small that “I’m too tired” doesn’t qualify as an excuse. Doing it casts a vote for that larger self.

  3. 3

    The mirror stays honest

The wheel shows the true shape of your last 30 days — including the empty parts. No padded streaks, no softened weeks, no manufactured urgency. It will never lie to you about you, because identity is built only on evidence you actually believe.

  4. 4

    It compounds

One vote is nothing. A few hundred is a different person. The stranger you wrote down becomes a fraction less of a stranger every day you show up — until they’re not your future self anymore. They’re just you.

The surfaces

Six places, one job each.

Today

The one drill, surfaced for the part of the day you’re in. The only screen you need on a normal day. Do the thing, mark it, leave.

The Wheel

The real shape of your last 30 days across the ten areas of life — spokes grow only with actual completions. Your honest mirror. Empty looks empty.

The Library

Every drill available — a hundred of them, each a vote for a specific identity, filterable by area, tier, time of day, or the self it builds.

Intel

Short, sourced readings — the work behind the method — sequenced to what you’re actually doing, not a generic feed. Save what lands to your canon.

The Brief

Your operating brief: who you said you’re becoming. A living document, versioned every save. Abbie reads it fresh before every reply.

Abbie

The coach who has actually read your brief and remembers. She asks the question you were dodging — one at a time, never a lecture.

The one rule

It will never lie to you about you.

No fake streaks. No guilt timers. No invented numbers, no manufactured scarcity. Empty days look empty; a bad week shows as a bad week. The whole method runs on trusting the mirror — so the mirror would rather lose you than flatter you. That isn't a feature. It's the floor everything else is built on.
